A technology agency from the Open Mercato core team, specializing in operating systems for intercontinental logistics. Builds platforms for freight forwarders, customs agencies, transport companies, and intermodal operators — with automation built into the core, not bolted on as an afterthought. Every system is owned by the client from day one.

Yes! We form teams on Friday evening. You can come solo — we'll help you find a group that matches your skill level and interests.
The hackathon is aimed at developers of various levels. You should be able to write code, but no prior experience with AI tools is needed. We provide onboarding and mentors to help you get started.
Open Mercato is an open-source ERP system built with an agentic-first approach. During the hackathon you'll work with the platform's codebase — building skills, fixing bugs, or creating demos.
We do not provide accommodation. The event takes place in Sopot — we recommend booking a hotel or Airbnb nearby. The hackathon runs from Friday 4:00 PM to Sunday 4:00 PM.
The hackathon is conducted in Polish. Talks and materials are in Polish, but code and technical documentation may be in English.
A laptop with a configured dev environment, a GitHub account, and an open mind. Before the event we'll send setup instructions with a list of tools to install. Food and coffee are provided. Codex API tokens from OpenAI are provided for every participant.
Projects must be related to one of the four tracks (Skills & Agentic Flow, Bounty Hunting, Showcase, Open Logistiko) and involve Open Mercato. Within your track you have full creative freedom.
A jury evaluates projects during the Sunday demos. Each track has its own prize, plus there is a cross-track People's Choice award. Bounty Hunting has a separate leaderboard with points for contributions.
