2.5 days building the future of development
We are a product company that builds software powered by Agentic Software Engineering. This hackathon is where we collectively discover how far you can go when AI agents become full members of the development team.
Build with agents. Push the limits. Share your insights.
Mixed teams welcome — devs, PMs, designers, testers. Every perspective brings something different to working with agents.
Build something spectacular with Open Mercato — a demo that shows the world what the platform can do.
WOW effectBuild a digital company powered by agents. An orchestrator splits work across specialized agents — like departments in a real organization — and weaves it into one coherent flow. From brief to finished result, without a human in every loop.
OrchestrationJust say what should happen. Build voice agents that understand speech, take real actions inside Open Mercato and answer out loud — orders, inventory, reports and customer support without touching the keyboard.
Voice AICezar is our tool for running agents in parallel. Extend it for our community — new integrations, work modes and features that let you fire off dozens of agents at once and wrangle them in one place.
ToolingHow do you wire many agents into one working system? Orchestration patterns, task splitting, context and cost control — straight from building Open Mercato in an agentic-first way.
Patryk Lewczuk What has changed since the first wave of agentic coding? New tools, new habits and a real impact on how fast you ship. Live, no slides — pure code and real-time interaction with agents.
Piotr Karwatka How we build safe, isolated environments (sandboxes) where agents can operate without risk. Architecture, pitfalls and lessons from a production rollout.

AI Tech Leaders is a 5-week online program that teaches technical teams to build large projects with AI agents - from frameworks and specs, through workflows and task delegation, to quality assurance. They provide course access for every member of the winning Showcase team.

Yes! Teams form on Friday evening. You can come solo — we will help you find a group that matches your level and interests.
The hackathon is aimed at developers of various levels. You should be able to write code, but you don't need experience with AI tools. We provide onboarding and mentors to help you get started.
Open Mercato is an open-source ERP built in an agentic-first way. During the hackathon you will work with the platform's code — building agents, voice tools or spectacular demos.
We do not provide accommodation. The event takes place in Wrocław, at Concordia Design on Słodowa Island — we recommend booking a hotel or Airbnb nearby. The hackathon runs from Friday 4:00 PM to Sunday 4:00 PM.
The hackathon is held in Polish. Talks and materials are in Polish, but code and technical documentation may be in English.
A laptop with a configured dev environment, a GitHub account and an open mind. Before the event we will send instructions with a list of tools to install. Food and coffee are on us.
Projects must relate to one of the four tracks (Showcase, AI Company, Give Open Mercato a Voice, Cezar) and to Open Mercato. Within a track you have full creative freedom.
The jury evaluates projects during the Sunday demos. Each track has its own prize, plus a cross-track People's Choice award.
Join 80 developers who will spend 2.5 days discovering how far you can go with AI as a full team member.
